At PS196Q, we believe in educating the whole child.  From art, music, and yoga, to physical education, technology and library skills, our students are immersed in a wide variety of learning.

Our science curriculum is based on a mix of literature, hands-on materials and non-fiction texts.  We use Amplify Science and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) lessons are taught in all grades.  Here's a list of fun science activities to do as a family.

For social studies, we use to Passport Social Studies. Students use rich content, themes and big ideas to learn history, geography, economics, civics, citizenship and government.
